In my second week of using this Module I got a huge boost
I am a proud graduate from the Self Esteem Module. I was on it for about 9 weeks and apparently don't need it anymore...for the last 4 years I was in a real downward spiral, feeling more and more isolated. I was feeling more and more down about how it seemed most people were pretty mean and I'd rather not bother with them.
In my second week of using this Module I got a huge boost in my "chi." It was like I got in this super good mood that just stayed with me and my physical feeling was much better.
To this day I have about 95% less worrying thoughts about how others treat me and about my life in general...I am attracting nicer people into my life as well. It's been about 2 weeks since I swapped out the Self Esteem Module for another, and everything I gained from it is still with me. This has made SUCH a difference in my life!

I then spent one day in the sun...My skin got very dark
I had the Tan Module added to my Platinum in the summer. I didn't get a chance to get into the sun except for one day towards the end of August. Before that, my skin was sometimes dark and sometimes light - the colour came and went at different times of day, on different days etc. It was inconsistent.
I then spent one day in the sun...My skin got very dark... That was the only day I've been in the sun this year - and I STILL have the strap marks lol!! So my skin - the part that was exposed to the sun - is still darker than it was before I went into the sun. If I'd made the time to actually lie in the sun and tan properly for a day, I'd still have an all-over tan now.

There's a new woman in my life - ME!
At this point I have been using this (Defying Gravity) Module for about six weeks.
I can report that my skin is distinctly smoother and softer, particularly the skin on my hands and (I'm sorry) my bottom.
The skin on my face has a lovely kind of glow or sheen to it, my cheeks are rosy. ...People around me find this glowing-ness very suspicious, and have been asking me, "is there a new man in your life?" to which I always want to blurt out, "no, there's a new woman - ME!"

Going to the gym is no longer a thing to dread
My 1st Modules were Take It Off, Effective Goal Setting, Self Confidence/Esteem Booster and Successful Living I.
Within 2 days I noticed 2 things: the incessant chatter that used to go on in my head had practically vanished and the sense of dread and suffering I was feeling towards my working out vanished completely.
Going to the gym is no longer a thing to dread. On day 3 of PATHS™ I woke up with a desire to go work my body hard.
The 3 to 4 weeks I usually needed to cultivate a new habit was cut down to 3 days. By the 2nd week I organized my entire house and I noticed that I now have the ability to take on a project and get it done early without delaying, debating, procrastinating...

Acne really became a problem...and nothing seemed to work
Hi, I’m Cory, I’m 16 years old. I’ve had acne problems since I was about 13 and since then I’ve used...acne reducing products with little success.
Because I am very active in skateboarding, I tend to get down and dirty on a daily basis in the hot Los Angeles sun and I don’t have much time to just wash my face. Acne really became a problem...and nothing seemed to work. Now, after using (viewing) the PATHS™ Clear Skin Module my acne situation has really improved. I’ve stopped using medications...and my skin is looking great! After only eight days, my mom asked me what kind of soap I was using at my dad’s house because of the noticeable difference.
...I don’t have to worry about skin problems now that I watch my Modules 3 to 4 times a week. It’s so much easier and more cost effective (in the long run) for those like me who have had bad acne problems in the past, ‘cuz now all I have to do is watch a computer screen for a few minutes!

My knees have been bad since I was in my 20s
The Young Again Module is amazing! I selected this Module hoping to turn back the hands of time a bit and soften some wrinkles. However, the benefits of this Module have gone way beyond my wildest dreams.
I am in my 40s and my knees have been bad since I was in my 20s. My knees have made grinding noises and hurt for the past 20 years but I make myself take the stairs everyday at work. I have literally had people ask me what that noise was. When I told them it was my knees they were totally grossed out.
Recently I noticed that my knees weren’t hurting. Then I realized that I was walking up the stairs and they weren’t making any noise at all!! There is no other explanation...it is the Young Again Module!!
